- HOW TO: Use short, fluid strokes from the outer corner of your eye toward the inner corner. Ensure the eyeliner tip stays as close to the lash line as possible. Customize your look by using the side of the felt tip for a thicker liner, and the very fine point of the felt tip for a thin line. Be sure to replace the product's lid quickly to prevent the felt tip from drying.
- PRO TIPS: For easier placement on the eyelid, lightly map out how and where you want your line to go, then trace over that with THE PRECISION LIQUID LINER.
